podman make files

On the build machine (virtca8):

make build      # build the image
make run        # run for local test
make stop       # stop/remove test
make export     # create transferdepot.tar

On the sh1re (air-gapped import):

make import     # load transferdepot.tar
make compose-up # start with podman-compose
make logs       # view logs
